Your villa staff is absolutely phenomenal! They were consistently warm, welcoming, willing to accommodate of every need and so very gracious.  Our food was mouth watering - the jerk chicken and ox tails were incredible!  Michael's keen attention to detail with the place settings and high level of service was certainly appreciated.  David was exceptional, above and beyond...we missed him when we left for the day and were anxiously waiting for him to return the next day (not just for awesome drinks, but just having the pleasure of his company).  Roseanne and her staff were perfect, our rooms were tidy and well taken care of at all times.  John was readily available to us if we needed him.  Even though we always felt so incredible safe, it was reassuring to have him around.  Although we did not see the gardeners or maintenance staff in action, the quality of their work was truly evident.  You really have an all-star group of beautiful people working at Silent Waters!

Words can't express the quality of the spa services we received! As a self-proclaimed spa enthusiast, I can honestly say, I had the best massages of my life with Ms. Dawn's daughter (her name escapes me at this moment).  The yoga instructor was also amazing, providing a perfect mild/medium practice to begin our morning.  Sherdon was perfect, he was always available and accommodated our every transportation need.    

Needless to say, our friends, my husband and I truly had a wonderful vacation experience.  It was so important to us to give our friends a memorable, relaxing and fun vacation experience as a celebration of life and love, and you and your staff helped us accomplish that goal.

"Spectacular views, Asian motif and caring staff made this trip a wonderful experience. The villas were each different and made the most of the views from their location. The infinity pools were amazing. The food was excellent. The property has many paths going up and down to each villa and pavilion and we had 2 elderly family members who managed to get up and down, but it was difficult for them. It might be impossible for someone handicapped to navigate the property. Also, being in the tropics with no screens anywhere, it could be problematic for bug phobics. We went there for a wedding and it was a wonderful setting and perfect place for a group of people to share a great time together. The only problem we had was with the person doing the airport shuttle. He caused many problems told us that airport runs cause him extreme stress. None of our party would use him again. "The most memorable traveling experience I have had occurred Spring Break of my sophomore year at the university. It was then that I was able to have my first international vacation, and was able to see firsthand the Jamaican culture. I was blessed with the opportunity to accompany a friend of mine & her family at the luxurious Caribbean Silent Waters Villa in Montego Bay, Jamaica. We were able to live in utopia; all while being pampered by the Jamaican culture. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a beautiful, relaxed getaway.

After spending a few hours with the hospitable Delta Airline staff, we were welcomed with a not to be out shone tour guide named Oral. The moment we stepped off of the plane Oral made sure that the experience would be as pleasurable as possible. He made every aspect of this vacation that much more enjoyable, ranging from dealing with baggage at the airport to transporting us back & forth to our villa while giving us brief history about the area. We were met at the airport by Oral & escorted in our personal van to Silent Waters Villa located on one of the highest mountaintops overlooking Montego Bay and the Caribbean Sea.

Once we reached the villa we were welcomed by the most helpful staff I’ve ever encountered. From carrying our bags to their prospective rooms to preparing breakfast, lunch, & dinner daily; the Silent Waters Villa staff made sure that we were more than happy. The Villa itself was just as amazing as the staff. Guarded by a pair of 17th Century Buddhist temple attendant statues to ensure peace & serenity, the main feature of the villa property is the pavilion. 100 feet of sliding glass doors disappear into pocket walls to open the central Pavilion to a breathtaking panorama of sea, sky, and mountains. The Pavilion opened to a marble terrace, infinity-edge swimming pool and sunning area overlooking the Caribbean Sea & Montego Bay. Reached by stone stepping pods traversing the reflection pool, the dining pavilion is located in a wraparound reflecting pool with an outstanding view of Montego Bay and the sea as well as the exquisitely landscaped grounds. The Villa also included complimentary amenities such as laundry service, a mini bar, tennis court, marble & granite bathrooms, heliport with night landing lights, and more.

Oral continued to extend his hospitality by taking us sightseeing to some of the most beautiful places in Montego Bay. We saw places ranging from Ralph Lauren’s beach home to historical sites within the city. I personally enjoyed the time we spent luxury shopping at Montego Bay’s ‘Elegant Corridor’ where 30 of the island’s top retailers can be found. We also were able to enjoy some tasty Jamaican cuisines outside the villa as well. Voted one of ten best bars in the world, Rick’s Café won me over with their amazing atmosphere. Once inside this open Caribbean bar we were engulfed by amazing Jamaican sounds & a sea of friendly people. As we devoured the delicious food, we got live entertainment from the bands & cliff divers. As part of the Jamaican tradition it was only right that we enjoyed the sunset from Negril’s premier gathering location.

All in all, this experience was inspiring & nothing less than amazing. I believe the combination of both front of the house staff and back of the house staff played a vital role to this experience. They displayed what I believe is the true spirit of hospitality; a passion to please or bring pleasure to others. As I student studying hospitality management & beginning my journey through the hospitality industry, I hope to one-day showcase this same kind of hospitality. After this experience I was able to really comprehend how beautiful our world truly is, and I look forward to one-day returning." "Silent Waters is an incredible facility. The pool, the rooms, the gathering areas were superb. We have traveled the world and have to say this is one of the few places we plan to return. What makes Silent Waters especially special is the staff lead by Jean. Incredible is the only way to describe the staff ... so helpful and pleasant.

We stayed at Silent Waters over 2016 New Years. Our stay was for 7 nights and we had 17 staying with us at the facility. The Villa easily handled the group as we rented the entire facility. The rooms were extremely clean with superb maid service. The setting of the rooms/villas is in the forest on top of a hill overlooking Montego Bay. You can not have a better view of the bay when sitting by the pool. Overall, the facility was absolutely top notch.

The Chef and Kitchen staff was also superb. I selected our menu for lunch and dinner upon arrival and were extremely pleased. The food quality, food presentation and overall ambiance can no be beat. Nightly the 17 of us sat down for a family meal which was one of the highlights of our trip. Those meals will be a lasting memory. We did not pre select breakfast but each morning the breakfast included juice, fruit, selection of breads, eggs prepared anyway you requested, French toast, pancakes, etc

David at the pool bar was fantastic. He provided wonderful service fixing whatever we requested. Here again we preordered which was really nice. We also were served appetizers before our evening meal which was such a delight.

I could go on and on ..... Overall, this is a wonderful and very secure place. The only suggestion I would have for Silent Waters is that they should update some of their AV equipment particularly in the common area by the bar. The equipment is somewhat dated with some not working. This did not detract from our visit but just something the owner should probably consider updating in the near future.
