The booking Cancellation Policies for Silent Waters Villa are as follows:

Cancellation more than 60 days* prior to scheduled arrival date bears no cancellation penalty, other than a credit card transaction fee of 3.75% which will be deducted from the refund amount.  Cancellation less than 60 days* prior to scheduled arrival date will result in forfeiture of 100% of rental funds paid (excluding Prepaid Gourmet Meal Plan costs, if any).

Only under the following circumstances will a refund be made less than 60 days* prior to stay:

• Villa becomes unfit for habitation due to natural calamity.

• If travel is deemed dangerous to the Customer as a result of a named hurricane within 48 hours or less from the destination city of Montego Bay, Jamaica, a departure city or connection city by the National Hurricane Center, earthquake, terrorism alert/attack, or US State Department issuance of "no recommended travel" to this destination city.
